Within 4 days of season 13 of Bigg Boss, new relationships are beginning to form while old ones being rekindled. On Day 3, Bigg Boss turned the house into a hospital for the season’s first-ever luxury budget task with Shefali Bagga, Dalliejt Kaur, Shehnaz Gill, Paras Chhabra, and team carry forward the proceedings of the hospital task and play the roles of the doctor. On Day 4, the teams were flipped and Sidharth Shukla, along with Koena Mitra, chose Mahira Sharma and Shehnaaz as their patients. In fact, the wake-up song of the day, Loveria Hua, was a clear indication that the contestants must pull up their socks ahead of the task.
While picking up the patients, Sidharth mentioned that Mahira is “chui mui” so she may be a weak contestant for the task. Soon after, Siddharth and Asif Riaz get into a fight while discussing the strategy. While the former wanted Paras to participate in the task, Asif was keen on not taking him. Eventually, they both decided on Paras and Shefali for the ear task. During the task, Arti Singh takes revenge with Shefali and mentions how she left her job and has come to Bigg Boss. Hearing that, Shefali ranted about how people are misunderstanding her. Later Arti, along with Asif, then attacks Paras and triggers him by saying that he is behind every girl in the house. Amidst all this, Asif walks out of the room. While Shahnaz and Mahira take up the task sportingly, Devoleena breaks down into tears after getting tortured by the competing team. Not just that, Siddharth and Shefali get into an arguement yet again and Koena barges in between and separates them. Bigg Boss eventually announced Team B as the winner of the luxury task and asks the teammates to vote for the Queen of the house, who is the best performer and will get few benefits over others - like using the special bathroom, being safe from nomination in the second week and getting to do no household chores.

While the entire team voted for Devoleena, Shefali said that she will vote herself for doing the task. When Shefali refuses to budge from her opinion, Bigg Boss dismisses the task with no queen of the house. Koena slams Shefali for ruining the queen’s nomination and the latter gets into a scuffle with Devoleena, who gets emotional as she lost the chance of getting safe. Koena tells her that she has no confidence. On the other hand, Shehnaz tells Paras that she doesn’t want to win the game and mentions in front of everyone how voting Devoleena was a team’s decision. To which, Shefali adds that she will play her game.
