After unveiling the first look of Janhvi Kapoor starrer Gunjan Saxena - The Kargil Girl, Karan Johar has revealed the first look poster of the film, which features a uniform-clad Janhvi making her domain in a man's world. The film is biopic on an Indian Air Force combat pilot Gunjan Saxena, who entered the war zone in 1999 Kargil War. Sharing the poster, Karan wrote on Instagram, "With unabashed courage & bravery, she made her domain in a man's world. Gunjan Saxena - #TheKargilGirl"
Well, Janhvi as Gunjan Saxena seems all geared up to fly sky high when everyone on the ground said - “ladkiyan pilot nahin banti”.
The film, which will celebrate the achievements of this brave pilot who was honoured with the Shaurya Chakra for her valour and self-sacrifice, also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Angad Bedi, Manav Vij and Vineet Kumar, in pivotal roles. Directed by Sharan Sharma and produced by Dharma Productions in association with Zee Studios, Gunjan Saxena - The Kargil Girl is slated to release on March 13, 2020.
