‘None of my social media accounts were or are hacked’, says Zaira Wasim after quitting Bollywood, tweets another official statement

A day after Zaira Wasim announced her decision to quit Bollywood in an elaborate post in which she said that she was having conflicts between her religious belief and her acting profession, it was being reported that her social media accounts were hacked and her decision was a hoax. However, clearing the air on such rumours Zaira clarified that it was indeed she who had tweeted about her decision of quitting Bollywood and her account is not hacked. Earlier, her manager Tuhin Mishra had also clarified that it was indeed Zaira's own tweet.

Her decision of quitting Bollywood after a short span of 5 years had sparked countless rumours, backlash and criticism as many said that they respect her decision but she should not correlate it to religion as there are several actors who are a part of the industry and are revered by the fraternity for the work they do.
