It appears that Tiger Shroff isn’t quite keen on confirming his alleged relationship with Disha Patani as he denied rumours of their affair on the sixth season of filmmaker Karan Johar’s celebrity chat show Koffee With Karan. Tiger, along with his Student Of The Year 2 co-stars Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria, made an appearance on the show as the host asked him whether his ‘friend’ Disha ‘minds’ or is ‘insecure’ of him working with ‘two pretty girls’.
“I think she trusts me. Not that we are in a relationship or something,” was Tiger’s response to Karan’s question. The actor was interrupted by Karan as he asked, ‘Not that you’re in a relationship with who, Disha?’ And Tiger replied, “Ya.” And guess what Ananya said, “Okay,” with a blank expression. We feel you, Ananya.
Tiger and Disha, co-stars of Baaghi 2, are reported to be in a relationship since 2016 but neither party made it official so far. Both are spotted in restaurants, events and public soirees together but of course, Tiger and Disha, refrained from making it official.
Asked about rumours of their affair, Tiger said on KWK 6, “Well, it (photographed with Disha) just makes me look better. Holding the bag for her makes me look really nice. We don’t really talk about it that much. We’re great friends. I love her company and we’re keeping it at that really. We both have very similar interests and I don’t have very many friends in the industry. And she is one of the very few friends I have, I am comfortable with.“
Okay, then, Tiger.
Tiger Shroff is currently busy with Punit Malhotra’s Student Of The Year 2. The film is being produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
