Taking to Hall H at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige and his team announced the timeline of the remaining Phase 4 along with Phase 5 and 6. They confirmed more than a dozen new titles that will form the Multiverse Saga.
While Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will end Phase 4 in November this year, the next phase will kickstart with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania on February 17, 2023. The MCU's Phase 5 also includes Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, “Loki” Season 2, Ironheart and Captain America: New World Order among others. With the release of Thunderbolts, Phase 5 shall end. The sixth phase, also the shortest, will treat fans to Fantastic 4, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars.
PHASE 4
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law
This Disney+ series starring Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters will release on August 17 this year.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
Paying an emotional tribute to Chadwick Boseman, the trailer of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever made its debut at San Diego Comic-Con. The film explores the kingdom of Wakanda after the death of T’Challa (the late Chadwick Boseman). It will release on November 11.
PHASE 5
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania
The next phase of MCU begins with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The film will release on February 17, 2023.
Secret Invasion
While the release date is yet to be confirmed, Phase 5's Secret Invasion will greet the audience in Spring next year.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3
James Gunn along with Chris Pratt, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Sean Gunn, Will Poulter and Maria Bakalova unveiled the first look at the final Guardians film, which will release on May 5, 2023.
Echo
Sydney Freeland and Catriona McKenzie are directing Echo which is scheduled to release in Summer 2023.
Loki Season 2
The Disney+ series is scheduled to release in Summer 2023 and is currently filming.
Blade
Kevin Feige confirmed the reboot of the Marvel comics vampire franchise with Mahershala Ali and it will be the last feature for 2023. It will release on November 3, 2023.
Ironheart
Ironheart will be introduced in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and her own Disney+ series will stream from Fall 2023.
Agatha: Coven of Chaos
Originally titled Agatha: House of Harkness, this WandaVision spinoff will be Marvel’s final Disney+ series next year.
Daredevil: Born Again
Phase 5 of MCU will get darker with Daredevil: Born Again in Spring 2024.
Captain America: New World Order
Captain America: New World Order is set to release on May 3, 2024.
Thunderbolts
Phase 5 ends with Marvel’s answer to DC’s Suicide Squad. Thunderbolts will release on July 25, 2024.
PHASE 6
Fantastic 4
Fantastic 4 will make the start of Phase 6 even more fantastic. It will release on November 8, 2024.
Avengers: The Kang Dynasty
It’s safe to presume that Majors’ Kang the Conqueror is the Thanos of the Multiverse Saga. Let's figure out in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty which is releasing on May 2, 2025.
Avengers: Secret Wars
This is certainly something exciting. Avengers: Secret Wars releases on November 7, 2025.
