Netflix drops the announcement teaser of 'Stranger Things 4'; Eleven, Joyce, Will and crew to be back for another round

After a gap of almost two years, the cast of Stranger Things got back in action to woo the audience with the third season of the science-fiction horror drama, which started streaming on July 4 this year. Now months after, Netflx has dropped the announcement teaser of season 4 of Stranger Things and we certainly cannot contain our excitement.

Without revealing much, the teaser was shared with a caption which read as, "We’re not in Hawkins anymore," which is a nod to the famous line from The Wizard of Oz hinting that the Eleven’s adventures are about to scale higher. See for yourself:

Considering that Hawkins has been the heart and soul of Stranger Things, the apparent shift in place will certainly bring out a substantial change, although we wonder how the show's experiment with a new location turns out to be. For the unversed, season 3 ended the character arcs of Hawkins’ many inhabitants with Eleven joining the Bryers family to start a new life. However, the post-credits scene showed the Russians building their own entrance to the Upside Down, thereby introducing a new plot twist. The scene also highlighted “the American,” a mysterious prisoner, and we cannot wait to see who it is.

While there has been no release date yet, it is reported that might be available in 2020 as the show might begin filming in October this year.
