Priyanka Chopra’s new Hollywood film Isn’t It Romantic casts her in a supporting role but she doesn’t really care about that. Her opinion of selecting films is based on whether she would prefer watching the film at the end of the day, Priyanka told a leading daily. Isn't It Romantic dropped on Netflix on February 28 after its theatrical release in the US on February 13.
"It came as a supporting part, and that was never a concern. My yardstick of choosing stories is strictly based on whether I want to watch the film. I finished reading this script in one go," Priyanka told the daily.

Isn't It Romantic stars Rebel Wilson in the lead role and she has produced the film as well. Of her co-star, Priyanka is all praises as she told the daily, “This is Rebel's first leading lady role after acting for almost 20 years. She produced the film on her own. It is a big win for me when an actress turns around and says, 'Hey, you aren't writing stuff that's good enough for me. I am going to write my own film and be the leading lady.'"

Isn’t It Romantic narrates the story of a New York architect Natalie (Wilson) who works hard to get noticed at her job, but is more likely to be asked to deliver coffee and bagels than to design. Priyanka plays the role of a yoga ambassador.
