RIP Stan Lee: Team Avengers posts heartfelt messages for Marvel's creator


Marvel Universe's co-creator Stan Lee took his last breath on Monday night leaving the Avengers star cast and the fans heartbroken. The fantastic creator of Spiderman, The Avengers and The Fantastic Four had a medical emergency and was rushed to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he was declared dead after a short while. Stan Lee, who was 95-year-old, died after suffering from a major ailment.

His death not only disheartened all his fans but also left the entire Avengers team heartbroken. The star cast took to their social media site a heartfelt message for the legend and bid him a final goodbye.

Chris Evans who is known for his superhero roles as the Marvel Comics characters Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Human Torch in Fantastic Four took to his Twitter page and wrote that there can never be anyone like Stan Lee. "There will never be another Stan Lee. For decades he provided both young and old with adventure, escape, comfort, confidence, inspiration, strength, friendship and joy. He exuded love and kindness and will leave an indelible mark on so, so, so many lives. Excelsior!!," Chris tweeted.

Kevin Feige, Winston Duke, Robert Downey, Letitia Wright, Tom Holland, and Ryan Reynolds also shared emotional messages on their social media sites.


As per the reports, Stan Lee had already shot for his cameo for Avengers 4. The news was confirmed by director Joe Russo and he had also stated that the cameo was shot during the shooting of Avengers: Infinity War and Ant-Man and the Wasp.
