The Thor actor is not just thunderous on screen – he has won his kids’ and the internet’s heart with his spirited performance to Miley Cyrus’ ‘Wrecking Ball’. He lip syncs with a vengeance to the number, as his three children and pet dog joyfully join in the performance. As Thor a.k.a. Chris puts more punch into his act and throws himself onto the floor, his pooch cannot control his excitement and it pretty much goes downhill from there in the best possible way!
Chris shared the video on social media, writing, “What started as a ground-breaking music video ended in a savage attack by a cowardly K9. Never work with Kids or Animals.”
His choice of song is also interesting, considering ‘Wrecking Ball’ had apparently been written by Miley Cyrus after her break-up with Chris’ brother Liam Hemsworth. Since then, Liam and Miley are not only back together but also engaged. His future sister-in-law’s music is also apparently a favourite in the Hemsworth home!

Fans, of course, have been having a field day reacting to the home video. While one user points out, “Now everyone knows how to distract Thor during a battle. Just play Miley's Wrecking Ball,” another gushed, “This is like my #1 goal in life. To be filming my silly husband dancing with our kiddos. My heart is melting I [got to go].”

We can sure understand the ‘hearts melting’. Chris is quite the devoted dad. In March this year, he had set some seriously high dad goals by posting some gorgeous holiday snaps with his kids in Australia. The Hollywood hunk had gone camping with wife Elsa Pataky and their children and they apparently had the time of their lives.
In the great outdoors, the family stayed in a caravan close to the beach where they did a lot of surfing. Irresistible was the sight of Chris teaching daughter India, five, how to ride the waves. He was also filmed hitting the waves on his board with India on his back. Hearts melting again!
