Kate Middleton attended the 72nd edition of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts or BAFTA awards at London’s Royal Albert Hall on February 10 with her husband Prince William. For the event, Kate looked like a vision in white as she opted for a white Alexander McQueen dress paired with Jimmy Choo pumps. She accessorised her outfit with diamond and pearl earrings while foreign media states that the piece of jewellery belonged to Princess Diana.
Prince William is the current President of BAFTA, and he presented the BAFTA Fellowship to film editor Thelma Schoonmaker at the ceremony.

Meanwhile, it was a win-win for period dramas at the BAFTA Awards as the 18th century-set The Favourite won seven honours, and the Mexican black and white drama Roma registered four big wins. Actors Rami Malek and Olivia Colman were on Sunday bestowed the Best Actor and Best Actress honours at the ceremony.
