Of-late, there were lots of reports suggesting that comedian-actor Sunil Grover has been roped in to host the upcoming season of Nach Baliye. Reportedly, Sunil was supposed to host with TV actress Jennifer Winget. However, if our sources are to be believed, the makers have decided to replace both of these talented artists.
A source close to the production house revealed, “Initially, the channel was keen on bringing Sunil and Jennifer together to host Nach Baliye 9 but things couldn’t materialize the way they expected. Since the show got little delayed, both of these artists were not available on the dates required by the channel. And so, the makers decided to replace them with other two talents – Maniesh Paul and Mona Singh. However, the talks are still going on; nothing has been finalized yet.”
Nach Baliye is soon going to return to the small screen with its 9th season. This time it will feature a mix of current and former couples. Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who is also producing the show confirmed about the change in the concept. "Nach Baliye this year is going to be all about entertainment with our new concept of getting not just couples but ex-couples under one roof," Salman Khan said in a statement.
The show will go on floor by next month (July 2019).
