Anil Kapoor and his wife Sunita Kapoor are celebrating their 37th wedding anniversary today. The couple has been a role model for many as their union is one of the happiest in the tinseltown. Their daughter Sonam Kapoor shared an adorable note for them wishing them on the happy occasion. Anil also took to Instagram to share a loving note for his wifey dearest.
Sharing quite a few pictures on his social media, Anil wrote, “All the love stories and quotes about love fall short in front of our love story. With you by my side I know I’m safe, loved & happy! You are the bedrock of our combined families and we don't know what we'd do without you in our lives! I promise to spend my life making you feel loved and treasured in the way that you deserve it...Happy Anniversary!! @kapoor.sunita.” In the pictures shared by Anil, we get to see unseen family pics of the Kapoor clan, including a young Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor as well as Sridevi.
Sonam wrote, “There’s not a day that goes by where I’m not blown away by how in love you two still are. Thank you for teaching me that no matter what happens in life, love and family champions everything. 37 years of marriage and 11 years of dating (48 years), and a lifetime to go. How I wish I could’ve hugged you both in person right now Happy anniversary, Maa & Daddy. Love you!”
On the other hand, Neetu Kapoor, Anil’s co-star from Jug Jugg Jeeyo and an extended family member also wished the couple on her Instagram stories. She wrote, "Happy anniversary you two, duas and pyaar."
Sunita also took to Instagram to share a loving wish for her husband, Anil. Sharing a throwback video of him dancing at a party she wrote, "My mad crazy husband. Thank you for 37 amazing years. Please keep entertaining me , love you to eternity."
