Exclusive: 'I need to be equal to him to compete,' says Aparshakti Khurana dismissing chances of competition with elder brother Ayushmann Khurrana

Love them or hate them, you just can't ignore them and they are none other than the Khurana brothers-Ayushmann and Aparshakti. Although the spelling of their surname does vary but when it comes to talent, they string together films with their presence. Establishing a niche for themselves, Ayushmann is rightfully the star who sets the box-office ringing with content-driven projects while Aparshakti is the favourite hero ka dost. Both excelling in their space, the brothers have conquered Bollywood. Talking about the bond he shares with his elder brother, Aparshakti, in an interview with PeepingMoon.com, told that there can be competition between the two of them. The actor, who is currently spending his lockdown period at his home, said that to compete with the Bala star, he needs to be equal to him. Aparshakti further added that it will be unethical for him to get into a competition with his own brother.

"Not at all. The competition will be among equals. I need to be equal to him to compete. It is unethical and unfair to compete with your own brother. During a world cup, teams need to win the qualifying rounds to battle against each other for the trophy. I am yet to clear that. We are in a space where he is enjoying his work and so am I. We are loving each other’s work and so is the audience," Aparshakti told.
