Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput undoubtedly make for the most adorable couple in the tinsel town right now. The couple, ever since their wedding has set the benchmark high for future brides and grooms with their rapport and understanding. Shahid and Mira, within just four years of an arranged marriage, managed to become each other's pillars of strength and anchors. Speaking about how they met each other and delving deep into their first meet, Shahid, during an interview with a magazine along with Mira, revealed that at first, he had doubt that their conversation would not even last for fifteen minutes but ended up talking for seven hours.
“The only thought going through my mind was, ‘Here we are, sitting in this room on these two big sofas with nobody else around.. Are we even going to last 15 minutes?," Shahid told.

Mira, during the same interview, opened up about how her life changed post marriage. She added that it was for the first time after shifting with Shahid to Mumbai, she tried out ripped jeans. "I’ve also picked up on the way of life and way of dressing here… The first time I wore a pair of ripped jeans was after I got married! His fluidity towards life is another quality I love. It’s helped me ease up a lot. He’s lived longer, so if anything, I can benefit from his experience, and he can benefit from my fresh perspective," Mira told.
Shahid at 34 and Mira, then 21 tied the knot on July 7, 2016, in Delhi, which is the latter's maternal town, with close family and friends in attendance. The couple is now parents to Misha Kapoor(3) and Zain Kapoor(1).
