Janhvi Kapoor reveals her mother late Sridevi didn't trust her judgement in men, says she wanted to personally find someone for her

Late actress Sridevi's untimely demise came as a major shock and disbelief to the nation on the night of February 24 last night. As the nation wept bitter on their Chandni's passing away, her young daughters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor were left devastated. Shocked until numb, this tragedy hit Sridevi's elder daughter Janhvi the most, who was all geared up for her debut film Dhadak. The young actress somehow picked the shattered pieces and proceeded with life with shallowness in the heart. Known to be her friend, Sridevi was more than just a mother to her lovely girls. Touching further on unknown stories of her beautiful mother, Janhvi, during an interview with a magazine, said she discussed boys and marriages with her and how she didn't trust her judgement in men. She further added that Sridevi told her that she will choose someone for her. 

"Yes, and she would say that she doesn’t trust my judgement in guys, that she will choose someone for me. Because I love very easily," Janhvi told during the interview.

Sridevi breathed her last in Dubai on February 24, 2018, after accidentally drowning in a hotel's bathtub while attending her nephew Mohit Marwah's wedding. For the event, she was accompanied by her husband Boney Kapoor and younger daughter Khushi while Janhvi gave it a skip owing her Dhadak's shoot. 

Speaking of Janhvi, she has an interesting lineup of films including Gunjan Saxena-The Kargil Girl, Dostana 2, RoohiAfza and Takht.
