'One decision that changed the lives of many, forever': John Abraham releases the first poster of 'Batla House', to release on August 15, 2019

The makers of John Abraham's Batla House shared the first poster of the film this morning. Batla House is based on a real-life incident about the Delhi spot where a shootout took place in 2008. John and co-star Mrunal Thakur shared the poster on their Instagram account. 

John shared the poster and captioned it as, "Aur iss encounter se shuru hua #BatlaHouseinvestigation. Watch the truth unfold in #BatlaHouseTrailerOn10thJuly." The film will release on August 15, 2019 and clash with Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal and Prabhas' and Shraddha Kapoor's Saaho

Known for doing patriotic movies like Madras Cafe and Parmanu - The Story Of Pokhran and his last release Satyameva Jayate, John will once again be seen donning the patriotism on his sleeve in Batla House by essaying police officer Sanjay Kumar Yadav who led the Batla House encounter. Helmed by director Nikkhil Advani, the film is written by Ritesh Shah. 

Batla House is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, John Abraham and Sandeep Leyzell.
