Gauahar Khan recently schooled a troll who made a distasteful comment about a ‘woman’s place’ in marriage in Islam. Replying that it is a relationship of equality and not domination, the Tandav actress left a strong reply and blocked the troll soon after. The troll commented on a video featuring Gauahar and her husband Zaid Darbar.
Gauahar often shares goofy pictures and videos with Zaid. On Tuesday, the actress shared a video where Zaid's legs are seen wrapped around her neck. She captioned it, "A Love like this .... hehehehe #Goofies #crazies #Gaza @zaid_darbar (sic)."
A troll took to the comment section and wrote, "True Islam the women is a domination of man and always at his feet (sic)." The comment infuriated Gauahar, who responded to it and taught him a lesson. She later blocked the user. She also schooled another user who was speaking ill about other religion.
She wrote, "No loser, it's called comfort, friendship, love n companionship. In Islam the woman is described at not above nor below a man, it's next to him, so she can be close to his heart. Learn n explore before u talk some bulls**t (sic)." She later added that she has blocked the Instagram user.
Gauahar and Zaid got married in a private ceremony on December 25, 2020. Ever since, the couple shares lovey-dovey photos on social media, treating all #GaZa fans!
