Deepika Padukone and her surreal ethnic choices always manage to leave us mesmerized. Post wrapping her upcoming projects like Chhapaak and ‘83, Deepika squeezed in some personal time to attend her best friend Urvashi Keshvani’s wedding in Bengaluru. Pictures and videos from the mehendi and sangeet have already gone viral and now we have a sneak peek from the wedding celebrations as well!
DP attended the wedding alongside sister Anisha Padukone, although actor-husband Ranveer Singh was missing from the ceremony. She looked stunning in a golden Kanjeevaram saree featuring a bold border for the soiree and teamed up her drape with an encrusted choker necklace and heavy danglers. Kohl-rimmed eyes, bold lips and a gajra adorned bun added finishing touches to her look. However, this instantly took us back to her 2018 Banglore reception look which was similar to what she sported at the wedding.

Back in 2018, for her wedding reception, Deepika wore a pure zari gold kanjeevaram silk saree from The House of Angadi which she paired with an emerald embedded choker and a layered pearl necklace. Shimmery, kohl-rimmed eyes, red lips and a garja adorned bun rounded off her reception look. That minuscule bindi and sindoor defined all things love!
With their wedding anniversary approaching near, this is a pleasant déjà vu for all the DeepVeer fans out here…
