Watch: Netflix to go 'Dharmatic' in an exclusive collaboration with Karan Johar

Karan Johar has been in the film business for quite some years now and has managed to become a household name with his films. The director, who started his journey with Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, is now responsible for some of the best narratives and masterpieces in Bollywood, all thanks to his innate sense of great storytelling. A favourite with actors and the audience, Karan has progressed along with time and the proof remains to be his work, of course. The filmmaker, with the emergence of digital content, has stepped into the spectrum too, just to prove himself a winner. Karan, with series like Lust Stories on Netflix, has taken storytelling to a new high and this, won't come down soon.

The Kalank producer, on Wednesday, announced an exclusive collaboration with Netflix and his company Dharmatic and assured his audience to bring forth interesting stories that will be 'pretty, hot and tempting'. For those caught unaware, Karan is the owner of three companies namely, Dharma, Dharma 2.0 and Dharmatic.

Dharmatic, the latest company of Karan, is a digital extension of Dharma Productions and is said to be producing its first series for Netflix with Kiara Advani, titled Guilty. The web series will be directed Ruchi Narain and explores the different versions of truth that emerge when a small-town girl accuses the college heartthrob of rape. Seen through the eyes of his musician girlfriend, this story makes us question who is truly guilty in such circumstances. It is scheduled to release later this year.
