The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with the doctors telling me Singhanias and Goenkas not to panic and keep calm. Naksh tells Manish that they will take Naira along with him and the will not allow Kartik to meet Naira. Manish tries to explain how Kartik was not wrong and just wanted Naira to be happy. Naksh removes Kartik’s pictures from the Singhania house as he did not want Naira to get shocked.
Naira comes to Singhania house and the family welcomes her. They decorate the house with Naira’s pictures. Naira requests everyone not to get worried for her. Naira goes to her room to rest and she feels helpless on being unable to recollect anything.
Kartik watches the videos of his and Naira's marriage. Manish sees Kartik in pain and consoles him, and motivates him to try and make Naira remember his love once again. Manish boosts his morale and also tells him that his love has the power to make everything alright and help Naira be fine. Naira remembers flashes of her past life and suddenly wakes up from sleep and struggles to remember. She cries a lot.
