Deepika Padukone wowed everyone with the release of her upcoming film Chhapaak’s trailer recently where she essays the role of Malti an acid attack survivor. Her character is based on the real life of Laxmi Agarwal an acid attack survivor who fought all odds against the sale of acid freely in the country.

Now, the actress has kickstarted the promotions of her maiden production and took it to the Kapil Sharma Show. On ace comedian Kapil Sharma’s show she was accompanied by the director of the film Meghna Gulzar. Deepika looked pretty in a pink dress while Meghna wore a black one. They shot for the episode today. Check out the pictures below.

The film also stars Vikrant Massey in the lead and is slated to release on January 10, 2020.
