Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Final Trailer leaves us hysterical, promises to be a memorable journey for generations to remember

The Hollywood fantasy, superhero film Star Wars has undoubtedly a massive and loyal fan following among all age groups across the globe. The franchise that started in 1977, has been drawing a huge crowd to the theatres with each new film rightfully. However, with the series coming to an end, fans have been sheerly emotional and disappointed with the fact and have been waiting with bated breathe to watch the final feature project in cinemas. Considering the fan following, the makers, on Monday, shared the final trailer of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, on Monday. Sending avid watchers of the franchise into a zone of hysteria, the makers left the viewers behind with a lump in their throat with their emotional quotient.

Speaking of the trailer, it begins with Rey aka Daisy Ridley running through a forest with her lightsaber, to stay safe from a threat on a lush green planet, which is possibly Endor. She is then heard saying everyone believes that they know her but in reality nobody does. Further, Kylo Ren aka Adam Driver tells her, he does know her really well. Soon, the shot from their fight on a half-drowned ship in a thunderstorm situation flashes. The heroes, Finn (John Boyega) and Poe (Oscar Isaac) come together and dark red ships take formation in several battlefields. A while into the trailer, Emperor Palpatine’s voice is heard warning the heroes about their end. Here, all we can hear is his voice and see a dark throne. From epic battle scenes to other characters reuniting for the final fight, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker assures to take us on a roller-coaster ride with a dash of emotion at every corner. Amidst a fantastic and intriguing trailer, what stayed back in our minds was C-3PO saying, "Taking one last look ... at my friends."

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, which marks the end of the franchise, stars Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Anthony Daniels, Naomi Ackie, Domhnall Gleeson, Richard E. Abrams and produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Abrams and Michelle Rejwan. Callum Greene, Tommy Gormley and Jason McGatlin serve as executive producers. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker was written by J.J. Abrams & Chris Terrio and will release in theatres on December 20, 2019.
