Gemini Man trailer: Will Smith has a faceoff with his younger and fitter clone in this Ang Lee film

A new trailer of Will Smith starrer Gemini Man has been dropped. In the trailer, Smith fights with his digitally made younger self. Gemini Man is the story of an aging assassin named Henry Brogen (Smith) who finds himself a target of a younger clone named Junior (Smith via CGI) who is hot on his heels as he can somehow predict his every move.

Through the trailer, we come to know that the government has created a clone elite assassin Henry and is now using the clone to kill the actual Henry. In the trailer, we get to hear Junior’s side of the story and Owen reveals that he was created to have all the gifts of the assassin but without any of the pain. The film’s trailer has some high octane action sequences. Talking about the film, director Ang Lee had said earlier, “People talk about technology but this is not. This is an artistic endeavor. Not a clone but a soulful human being. My way of directing had to change. (The actor) can’t act, you have to feel the emotion that will translate to the audience. He has to be real, complicated.”

Gemini Man is slated to release on October 11.
