As spending almost three weeks at a wellness center, Kit Harington has returned home. As per reports in an International daily, Kit was spotted walking around the city a while ago and looked healthier and happier. To beat the London summer heat, the actor wore simple jeans and tee for the outing. As per sources close to the daily, Kit arrived a London post-treatment at the wellness center a week ago.
"He's feeling a bit better and forging ahead. It was a positive experience for him to get away and be able to recharge without the day to day stressors and outside influences. He got some clarity and is feeling hopeful. He learned a lot about himself and is very focused on feeling better. He's taking small steps and living one day at a time," sources close to the actor told the daily.
Kit's representative told the daily that he wanted to spend some time away at the wellness retreat to deal with some personal issues. The source close to the actor further said that after games Of Thrones Season 8 ended, Kit was affected by it and was reportedly dealing with feelings of grief and sadness.
"He has felt lost since the show ended. It was his life for so long and the realization that it is over has caused a lot of stress and despair. He just needed to go away and deal with things in a peaceful and private place," the source added.
During the difficult phase, the source said Kit's wife Rose Leslie played a huge role in helping him. "She was very encouraging. Seeing Kit struggle was stressful for her, as well. She absolutely agreed that he needed to get some help so that he could feel better," the source quoted.
Talking of Rose and Kit, the couple will be marking their first wedding anniversary later this month.
