Meghan Markle is expecting her first child with husband Prince Harry and had to skip the Easter service and Queen’s birthday that the Royal family attended. But Meghan’s absence from the events, it appears, has upset Kate Middleton, international media reports, as per a leading website.
On the Queen’s birthday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared a picture of the royal family on their official Instagram account Kensington Palace. The picture, however, didn’t feature Meghan. “Wishing a very happy 93rd birthday to Her Majesty The Queen!,” the post read.
The internet is pretty much upset about this while several quarters opine that leaving Meghan out of the post could be a “deliberate” attempt to insult her as well. But it must be noted that the picture is from 2016 and Meghan became a part of the royal family in 2018.
Reports of Kate Middleton’s unpleasant relationship with Meghan surfaced soon after the actress’ wedding to Prince Harry. But the matter hasn’t been addressed so far.
Meghan Markle is currently on maternity leave at her residence, the Frogmore Cottage.
