Gabriela Hearst to donate 100% of her proceeds to 'Save the Children', an NPO from Yemen

Gabriela Hearst has launched a campaign to help 'Save the Children', an NPO organization in Yemen to help raise funds to help the kids living in the war-torn country.

"This crisis has fallen out of the media but is still very present and STC is one of the few and largest NGOs that at high risk is allowed to operate in Yemen," the brand wrote on Instagram, sharing images taken in Yemen in 2012. "Save the Children is one of the largest non-profit organizations on the ground in Yemen. The humanitarian crisis has fallen out of media discourse, given the speed of our current news state. The catastrophe is present and needs as much help as possible,” Hearst said in a statement.

To support this initiative, the designer will also make her eclectic handbag collection (which is usually available on request only) will be sold online at gabrielahearst.com.
