Gold Awards 2019: Go big or go home! Hina Khan to Karan Singh Grover, the television stars go uber-bold for the night

Amidst all the glitz and glamour, the Gold Awards 2019 held last night on October 11, paved way for a sartorial soiree. The television bahus shed their sari-clad image and sported uber-bold ensembles that made our jaws drop. Well, our dapper men weren’t behind either! They were dressed to kill in their smart fit tuxedos and sexy suits.

But there were some telly divas and handsome hunks that stood out for the night with their stellar look. Scroll down to see who stole the limelight at the red carpet

KARAN SINGH GROVER, HINA KHAN AND ERICA FERNANDES

Our Kasautii stars stood out for the night dressed in the shades of peach and black. Karan turned heads with his textured and plaid suit while the ladies flaunted their sexy gowns. Thigh-high slits, balloon sleeves and delicate embellishments…too much drama in a single frame! Both the girls were high on glam with shimmery eyes, bronze highlighted glam and bold lips.

MRUNAL THAKUR, ARJUN BIJLANI AND SHRADDHA ARYA

The trio of Mrunal, Arjun and Shraddha cut out a ravishing picture looking their fashionable best. Arjun’s suave suit was in colour co-ordination with Mrunal’s strapless pleated gown. Shraddha looked every bit sexy in her embellished cut-out number that bore a risqué slit. Both the divas shone bright with their shimmery eyes and bold lips. While Arya opted for straight long tresses, Mrunal flaunted her short wavy hairdo.

SURBHI CHANDNA, KARAN WAHI AND SRISHTI RODE

Surbhi, Srishti and Karan made an impressive appearance looking their usual fabulous best. The ladies opted for an embellished number with mesh and tasselled deets while Karan looked every bit sexy in his black tux and a wine hued tie.

ANITA HASSANANDANI, DIVYANKA TRIPATHI DAHIYA AND SHIVANGI JOSHI

Bewitching in black, Anita made heads turn at the red carpet of the gala with her asymmetrical number with mesh and lacy sleeves and embellishments. Shivangi brought her grey glamour to the red carpet with her layered princess gown. However, we have mixed feeling about Divyanka’s Barbie look. Given her sound sartorial past, this diva could have pulled off a risky and an uber-bold look with much finesse.

SUNNY LEONE AND ANUPRIYA GOENKA

Sunny and Anupriya brought their A-game at the red carpet dressed in lace and ruffles. Anupriya was a vision to behold in her cut out gown that featured a plunging neckline and subtle lacy details. Sunny on the other hand opted for a corset gown with extravagant ruffled sleeves. While Sunny went for bold lips and a classic bun, Anupriya chose for a fresh dewy look with nude lips and poker-straight tresses to complete her look.
