Looks like Ekta Kapoor is on a roll. After successfully rebooting her 2004 hit show Kasautii Zindagii Kay, the producer is back at it again. Ekta is now said to reboot her much loved 2003 show Kahiin Toh Hoga which featured Aamna Sharif and Rajeev Khandelwal in lead roles. According to reports, Ekta’s upcoming digital series on her streaming platform is supposed to be a reboot of her popular TV serial Kahiin Toh Hoga. Tentatively titled Kahiin Toh Hoga United, the series will have the basic feel of the original TV series intact.
PeepingMoon exclusively interviewed the serial’s lead Rajeev today who played the role of Sujal in the original and asked him about how he felt about the reboot of his show. He said, “The makers of Kahiin Toh Hoga can tell about the reboot. I was just a small part of the show. If they are coming back, then I wish all the luck to them and I hope the reboot version becomes more popular than the original one.”
When asked if he was approached for the reboot, Rajeev said, “Nobody has spoken anything about Kahiin Toh Hoga to me. I also came to know from the Media. There has been no formal talk about it.”
