Ayushmann Khurrana is the latest B-Town superstar to rent a palatial home in Mumbai. It is being said that the actor is reportedly paying something to the tune of Rs.5.25 lakhs for a 4000-odd sqft home in Windsor Grande, Andheri.
The Khurranas brought in one of their children's birthdays with a lavish party at this address a few months ago. It had several important people attending it and everyone came back impressed. The home is said to have seven bedrooms and is spread across an entire floor.

Young Turk Tiger Shroff has been renting for the last few years. In fact, Tiger has two addresses. One is at Freeda One on Carter Road, where his parents-Jackie Shroff and Ayesha reside. The actor apparently also has another flat on rent in Vaastu, Bandstand. One hears Tiger will at some point move into an eight-bedroom home in Rustomji Paramount, Khar. However, since that is going to take time, he is happy with his rental homes.
Aamir Khan whose house in Marina, Bandra is also undergoing a major change, continues to rent two floors in the same Freeda One building as the Shroffs. Aamir has his residence on the eighth floor, while he has his workplace on the sixth floor. Not so long ago, Ranbir Kapoor was renting in a building on Carter Road, Bandra. He was rumoured to have been paying almost 15 lakh rupees as rent for a beautiful penthouse overlooking the sea; a home that he once shared with Katrina Kaif.
