Neetu Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani are shooting in Chandigarh for Jug Jugg Jeeyo. Today, reports of Neetu, Anil, Varun and the director of the film testing positive for COVID-19 surfaced in media. While the team and actors are yet to issue an official statement, there is a development.
According to various reports, Anil, who was said to be COVID-19 positive, has tested negative. Kiara's test result is also believed to be negative. Reportedly, Neetu, Varun and Raj are the ones who have contracted the novel virus. An entertainment portal's report stated that the shoot of Jug Jugg Jeeyo has been called off till the members recover fully.
Neetu, Anil, Varun, Kiara with Prajakta Koli jetted off to Chandigarh on November 12 and started the shoot on November 16. Maniesh Paul joined the team recently. Jug Jugg Jeeyo is produced by Karan Johar.
