Good Newwz revolves around two married couples, who are trying to conceive a baby. The cast including Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani have been promoting the film in their unique ways.
Now Akshay took to Instagram and shared a video of him and Diljit experiencing labour pain. The video starts with Akshay stating how delivery of 'Good Newwz' is the happiest process but a mother has to endure a lot of pain to give birth to a child. Since their film talks about child birth, Akshay and Diljit tried out what labour pain feels like and the result was hilarious. Posting the video with a glimpse of labour pain he and Diljit underwent through artificial stimulation, Akshay couldn't help but salute all the mothers out there.
He captioned the post as, "A small step to understand what mothers go through by @diljitdosanjh & me. Dil se - RESPECT to all the mummies out there, delivering #GoodNewwz is harder than anyone can imagine!" Watch it here:
Directed by debutant Raj Mehta and produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Hiroo Yash Johar, Shashank Khaitan and Aruna Bhatia under their respective banners Dharma Productions and Cape of Good Films, Good Newws will be released in India on December 27.
