Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif are once again sharing screen space in Rohit Shetty’s cop drama Sooryavanshi after a gap of nine long years. The film has already grabbed the audience’s attention with its stunt scenes and the fact that it will also feature Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn in special roles. However, this time around Akshay treated his fans with something new and spontaneous from the sets of his upcoming film.
Akshay recently made his first music video appearance opposite Kriti Sanon’s younger sister Nupur Sanon in B Praak’s soulful and romantic track Filhall. The music video’s teaser was shared by the superstar yesterday that has already got the audience talking and many fans commented on the fact that it reminded them of Akshay’s and Katrina’s film Namastey London. So Akshay regaled his fans in his own style and recreated his Namastey London’s chemistry with Katrina for them with a video clip based on the song Filhall. He captioned the video as, “Been reading all your comments on the #FilhallTeaser and so many of you said it reminded you’ll of Namastey London. Coincidentally, I was shooting with our very own Jazz aka @katrinakaif today for #Sooryavanshi and we have a little surprise for you all.”
Filhall has been composed by Jaani who has also penned the lyrics. The music video has been directed by Arvindr Khaira. The song will be out on YouTube on November 9.
