Katrina Kaif is a bona fide star. Be it acing difficult dance moves to wowing us with intense character portrayal, the actress has done it all. While Katrina left us stunned with her nuanced performance in her Eid 2019 release Bharat, co-starring Salman Khan, she is all set to show her comic side in Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi, along with Akshay Kumar. With the actress being busy with launching her own makeup line Kay By Katrina, workwise, it seems she is all set to step into yet another interesting film. As per reports of a leading daily, Katrina has been approached by Excel Entertainment, which is owned by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani for their next, which is touted to be an action-adventure. According to the buzz, if all goes well, Katrina will be teaming up with Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi for the said film. The source close to the development added that once Katrina is done with Sooryavanshi's shoot, she will consider signing the film.
"The movie is heavy on action and will see Katrina drive the proceedings. Like the studio's other productions, this film is high on concept and mounted on a big budget. The actor is busy with the Sooryavanshi shoot and will zero in on her next only after the film has been wrapped up. She is considering this as her previous project with Excel, Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara, remains one of her most loved films."
Not just this, according to PeepingMoon.com sources, Katrina is said to play the lead role of a cop in Aanand L. Rai's next, which is also reported to be an action film with touches of comedy. As per our sources, the actress has almost locked her dates for the same and the parallel lead of the film is said to be Vidya Balan, but an official confirmation is due.
