As we said it! Ajay Devgn's production house collaborates with Abhishek Bachchan for 'The Big Bull', film goes on floors today

PeepingMoon.com was the first to inform its readers about Abhishek Bachchan collaborating with Ajay Devgn's production house named Ajay Devgn Ffilms for a project loosely based on the life of Harshad Mehta, the infamous stockbroker, who was arrested for financial crimes that took place in the Security Scam of 1992. And proving us right, the makers of the film announced the title and informed that the Abhishek starrer kickstarted its shoot on Monday. Titled The Big Bull, the film is directed by Kookie Gulati. For those caught unaware as to how the name draws a connection to Harshad Mehta, then let us inform you that the stockbroker was popularly called by the name of The Big Bull as he is believed to have changed the dynamic of the Indian stock market.

As per our sources, the film will star Ileana D'Cruz opposite Abhishek. Written by Kookie, Arjun Dhawan and Juhi Chaturvedi, the film is said to narrate the meteoric rise and evenly sudden downfall of Harshad and also retraces the 1992 Bombay Stock Exchange securities fraud that he masterminded.
