Priyanka Chopra gets a warning from Maharashtra Police for her film 'The Sky Is Pink' but the actress has a hilarious reply

The makers of Shonali Bose' The Sky Is Pink released the trailer of their film on Tuesday and it sure looks impressive. The film starring Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf is all set to release on October 11, 2019. In a scene from the trailer, Priyanka's character tells Farhan's, that they would loot a bank as soon as their sick daughter gets better. The Maharashtra police were quick to catch on to this and tweet about it. 

Maharashtra Police tweeted, "Seven years imprisonment with fine under IPC Section 393 #ColoursOfLaw #TheSkyIsPink @priyankachopra @FarOutAkhtar."

Priyanka's answer was hilarious as she tweeted, "Oops caught red handed time to activate Plan B @FarOutAkhtar! #TheSkyIsPink. Farhan wrote, Hahaha never planning heists on camera again @priyankachopra #TheSkyIsPinkTrailer."

The Sky is Pink is a love story of Aditi and Niren, told through the lens of their spunky teenage daughter Aisha who was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Spanning over three decades, the family moves countries, challenge science, change faith and are constantly tested in their love and relationships.

The Sky is Pink is produced by RSVP and Roy Kapur Films, in association with S K Global and Purple Pebble Pictures. The film is slated to release on October 11, 2019.
