Ever since they did a couple of films together Prabhas’ and Anushka Shetty’s linkup rumours have gathered steam, so much so that people are keeping their fingers crossed for news of them exchanging marriage vows. However, to no avail, as the two actors have always denied any linkup rumours. Recently, during an interview with a website, Prabhas who is gearing up for the release of his film Saaho opposite Shraddha Kapoor opened up about reuniting onscreen with rumoured girlfriend Anushka.
During the interview, he agreed that fans love his chemistry with Anushka and if he again teams up with her then the rumours will escalate sky-high. He said, “That's the whole idea, that's the problem. Before Baahubali also we did a film, Mirchi. It was a super-duper hit film. So I don't know...next I am doing with Pooja Hegde..so after that maybe. I don't know...I am going very slow."
Recently he had clarified about his link-up rumours and said, “Anushka and I are very good friends but if there was something more, wouldn’t someone have spotted us together in the last two years? The question was posed to me on Karan Johar’s show too. I let Rajamouli and Rana (Daggubati, Bahubali costar) answer it and even they stated that there was nothing between us. It wasn’t as if I had prepared them."
Prabhas’ upcoming film Saaho will release on August 30.
