The makers of the multilingual film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, after unveiling the character introduction video and first poster, drew curtains from making of the video through a BTS video. The video was shared on the official Twitter handle of Excel Entertainment, which will be producing the period drama. The film features stalwarts of Indian cinema namely Amitabh Bachchan and Chiranjeevi along with Tamannaah, Vijay Sethupathi, Kichcha Sudeep, Nayanthara, Jagapathi Babu, Ravi Kishan and more.
The BTS video that was shared on the eve of Independence Day spelled enchanting and extravagant. The 1-minute odd video shows a glimpse of the backdrop designed by the team and took us on a journey into their spectacular world. It also introduces the making fo the character's look.
In Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Chiranjeevi plays the Andhra freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy while Amitabh plays spiritual leader Gosayi Venkanna, guru to Chiranjeevi’s character. The period drama retells the story of the Kurnool-based freedom fighter’s battle against the British. Apparently, his revolt against the oppressive British Raj came much before the first revolt of Independence in 1857. The film is produced by Farhan Akhtar-Ritesh Sidhwani under the banner Excel Entertainment in collaboration with AA Films and Ram Charan Teja under Konidela Productions. It is directed by Surender Reddy.
