A while ago, it was reported that Mahesh Manjrekar's younger daughter Saiee Manjrekar is all set to make a smashing debut with Salman Khan in Dabangg 3. The young actress is believed to be playing the role of Chulbul Pandey aka Salman's love interest in the flashback scenes of the film. As it is a known fact that the Manjrekars and Khans share a great family relationship with each other and have been close friends for quite some time now. It won't be wrong to say, this rapport has surely bagged Saiee a dream role. Although the girl has kept her social life low key and the makers have managed to keep the actress and her role as a secret well guarded, all we know is her life comes full circle as the character has relevance to the conflict Chulbul is battling in the present. Speaking about finalising her for the role, Arbaaz Khan who is the producer of the film, said Salman was sure that Saiee is the right find to play the role of an innocent young girl. He added that after seeing her perform, they were sure about their choice.
"Salman has known Saiee for a while. He was sure she fits the bill perfectly as an innocent young girl and after seeing her perform, we know she’s exactly what we wanted for Dabangg 3," Arbaaz told.

Dabangg 3 is a prequel film that traces Chulbul's journey from a kind-hearted goon in his 20s to become a Robin Hood cop in present times. The film, directed by Prabhu Deva and produced by Arbaaz, Salman and Nikhil Dwivedi is scheduled to release on December 20, 2019. The principal shoot of the film began in April with the team flying to Indore. The first shot of the film took place in Mandleshwar and Maheshwar. Apart from Salman and Saiee, Dabangg 3 stars Sonakshi Sinha as Rajjo, Mahesh Manjrekar as Hariya, Kannada star Sudeep and Pramod Khanna in important roles.
