Salman Khan to bankroll a film based on Indian marriage halls titled 'Bulbul Marriage Hall'?

Salman Khan isn't just an actor par excellence but a producer with a sharp sense of great scripts. The actor under his banner SK Films has managed to carve a niche for himself in the cine world. With projects like Sultan, Race 3, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and the recently released Notebook, Salman has proved to be a successful producer as well as an actor. Now, the production house in consideration is in talks to produce a film based on marriage hall in India and will be bankrolled by Salman. A source close to the project informed a media agency that the story of the film will be based on two brothers and is tentatively titled Bulbul Marriage Hall.

"It is a story of two brothers and is set in Delhi. It is at the moment called Bulbul Marriage Hall," the source told the media agency.

The source added that the casting for the film will kickstart in October. It is rumoured to be directed by Rohit Nayyar and will be written by Raaj Shaandilyaa. Well, it remains interesting to see whether Salman launches a new face with the film or he himself takes up the lead role. 

Workwise, Salman is currently shooting for Dabangg 3 with Sonakshi Sinha, Sudeep and others in the lead role. The film, directed by Prabhu Deva is set to release on December 20, 2019. After that, he will start with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Inshallah co-starring Alia Bhatt. The film hits the screens on Eid 2020. Apart from producing films, Salman is currently producing the dance reality show Nach Baliye 9.
