Janhvi Kapoor established herself in the film industry as a promising actress to look out for with Dhadak in 2018. Not just us, her co-stars are in praise of the young actress including Rajkummar Rao with whom she is working on the horror comedy titled RoohiAfza. Rajkummar, during an interview with a media agency, spoke all in praise of Janhvi and said she is a sincere and hardworking actress. He added that her performance in Dhadak was just a hint of her talent.
"Janhvi is phenomenal. She is such a sincere and hardworking actor. I think what we have seen her in Dhadak is just a hint of her talent, she way more talented than that," Rajkummar told during the interview.

RoohiAfza marks the maiden collaboration of Janhvi and Rajkummar. This is the first time Janhvi will be working in a horror comedy film. The cast and crew of RoohiAfza are currently shooting in Agra after wrapping a schedule in Uttarakhand. Janhvi will be seen playing a double role. Talking about the actress, producer Dinesh Vijan had previously said, “For the female lead, we needed someone who could portray two contrasting personalities with ease and Janhvi stood out. She really connected with the script. Her talent is still raw, but she is excited about being moulded. The script is young, refreshing and totally crazy, and she is exactly that."
RoohiAfza is being directed by Hardik Mehta and is scheduled to release on March 20, 2020. The film is produced by Dinesh Vijan under the banner Maddock Films.
