Ek Ladki Aisi Hai Jo Bachpan Mein Badi Ho Gayi: Ayushmann Khurrana's poem is a heartfelt ode to girls on Women's Day

From the moment a girl is born, her family and the society expects to grow up to be a responsible woman. Now as the entire world celebrates International Women's Day today on March 8, Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana shared a beautiful poem and we must say, it is a heartfelt ode to all the girls out there.

In the poem titled Ek Ladki Aisi Hai Jo Bachpan Mein Badi Ho Gayi, Ayushmann describes the unacknowledged hard work that a woman puts during her entire course of life and how she struggles to stand tall amidst the endless male ego. The actor recorded a video of himself, reciting the poem which he had written. Check it out:
