Saif Ali Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Ali Fazal to come together for horror comedy 'Bhoot Police'

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, who was last seen in Gauravv Chawla's Baazaar, has an eclectic mix of films in 2019. Apart from shooting for the second season of Netflix series Sacred Games, the actor has been roped in to play the lead in Fox Star Studio’s next venture, which was tentatively titled Tantrik. But we hear that the horror-comedy is now titled Bhoot Police and will see Saif collaborating with Fatima Sana Shaikh and Ali Fazal.

Fox Star Studios took to twitter to announce the film, which will be directed by Pavan Kripalani. Pawan had directed films like Phobia and Ragini MMS in the past. Bhoot Police is expected to go on floors in August this year.

For those caught unaware, the horror comedy was earlier expected to see Abhishek Bachchan in the lead role but was later replaced by Saif due to his other commitments.

On the work front, Saif will also be seen in Om Raut's period drama, Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior alongside Ajay Devgn, apart from Nitin Kakkar's next titled Jawani Janeman and Sushant Singh Rajput starrer Dil Bechara. Fatima, on the other hand, last featured in Aamir Khan's Thugs of Hindostan and Ali played a pivotal role in Amazon Prime's Mirzapur.
