After being discharged from hospital, Kanika Kapoor to be questioned by Lucknow Police after 14-days quarantine

Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor has finally been discharged from the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) after her second report for Coronavirus also tested negative.

Not to miss, three FIRs have been filed against her on charges of negligence for attending various social events in the city despite being infected with coronavirus and having been instructed by the authorities to isolate herself at her home. She has been booked under Sections 188, 269, and 270 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Sarojini Nagar police station in the city. The FIR was lodged based on a complaint filed by the chief medical officer (CMO) of Lucknow.

Now we have learnt that her troubles are likely to increase as she is all set to be questioned with respect to the negligence case once her quarantine period of 14 days is over. Here is the FIR agaisnt her:

Kanika is the first Bollywood celebrity to test positive for the novel coronavirus. She narrated her ordeal of developing a flu on her return from London and her unawareness of the COVID-19 infection via an Instagram post. However, she deleted the post once she tested positive.
