Karan Oberoi rape case: Unknown bikers reportedly attack the complainant; tell her to 'take the case back'

Karan Oberoi's rape case has now taken an unimaginable turn. A 34-year-old-woman had accused television actor Karan of spiking her drink and then raping her. She had also alleged that the actor videotaped the act and extorted money by threatening her to make the video public. She had alleged that Karan had taken advantage of her on the pretext of marriage. The woman had filed a complaint earlier this month and the case is currently on going.

The latest update was that Karan had got relief in the case against him as Court found it 'difficult to believe the complainant’s story’. Now, a further update has been received which says that unknown bikers attacked the rape case victim (complainant) around 6.30am early in the morning today. The victim claims that she was attacked by these bikers and was left with a note which read, "take the case back". Have a look:

The complainant said, "I went for my morning walk today at around 6:30 am when I was suddenly attacked by unknown bikers and was left with a note which read "take the case back". I was soon taken home as I was injured."

According to a report published in a leading daily, the court had earlier said, “The story in respect of sexual intercourse by the administration of intoxicating substance is difficult to believe for the reason that the informant is said to have left for her house soon after the incident. The story in respect of extortion under intimidation to make the video go viral is also difficult to believe looking to the fact that the informant continued to give gifts to the applicant from time to time and also looking into the WhatsApp messages showing their continuous cordial relationship.”

No official confirmation has been given on the complainant's latest update by the court or police yet.
