Extremely heartbreaking: Hina Khan, Rashami Desai, Nakuul Mehta send prayers to victims of Beirut Blast

On August 4, 2020, a massive explosion in Beirut shook the world. Reportedly 78 people are killed and thousands are injured. As per reports, the explosion at the port warehouses that stored highly explosive material was the most powerful and destructive blasts in Beirut. As of now the reason for the blast isn't clear. Soon after terrifying pictures and videos of the blast surfaced on social media, television celebrities were left shocked and sent their thoughts and prayers to those affected.

Hina Khan shared a video of the blast and tweeted, "This visual is unimaginable. I don’t know how are people coping up with such a menacing blast while going through so much already as country. I pray for everyone’s safety in #Beirut #Lebanon Please let’s pray together"

Rashami Desai said, "Praying for #Beirut and all of #Lebanon, the videos of the port explosion is so scary"

Nakuul Mehta expressed shock and sent prayers. "The devastation in #Beirut is heartbreaking. Prayers for the families affected," he wrote on Twitter.

Sumona Chakravarti tweeted, "Thoughts & Prayers to those affected by #LebanonExplosion Wishing a speedy recovery to the casualties & deepest condolences to the family of the departed."

Nehha Pendse, on her Instagram stories, wrote, "Prayers and healing for Beirut"

Delnaaz Irani tweeted, "Extremely heartbreaking to see what’s happening in Beirut, prayers go out to all the people there! May God be with you in this tough time!"
