"Shweta will return to the daily TV grind with DJ’s – A Creative Unit’s upcoming show titled Mere Dad Ki Dulhan," a leading channel reported. On the other hand, another entertainment portal quoted a source as saying, "Shweta is apt for the role given her oodles of experience in playing mature characters." For the unversed, Mere Dad Ki Dulhan is said to be based on the bond between a father and her daughter, who aims to find a partner for him after realising his loneliness.
