Get set ready to witness the first crorepati from the eleventh season of game based reality show Kaun Banega Crorepati. Recently, Himanshu Dhuria, who won Rs 50,00,00 had quit the show at Rs 1 crore question despite knowing the answer. Now, another contestant named Sanoj Raj, who hails from Bihar's Jehanabad, became the first-ever crorepati of this season.
The channel recently released a promo on their official Twitter handle wherein host Amitabh Bachchan excitedly says, '1 crore' as Sanoj answers the 15th question correctly. Then Big B rolls out the Rs 7 crore question. Sony TV captioned the promo, “Sanoj Raj is our season’s first Crorepati! He will attempt the jackpot question for Rs 7 Crores now. Will he succeed? Find out on #KBC, this Thursday and Friday at 9 PM @SrBachchan. (sic)”

Sanoj Raj father is a farmer and he aspires to be an IAS officer. Tonight, Sanoj will attempt to answer the 16th question hosted by Amitabh Bachchan for the maximum price of Rs 7 crore.
Talking about the show, KBC made its debut 19 years back in July 2000 and since then it has become quite popular amongst the masses. Contestant at the hot seat gets four lifelines i.e 50-50, Flip the Question, Audience Poll, and Ask the Expert. The makers have also introduced the feature on the Sony Liv app where audiences can play along with the contestants.
